Borris Powell unveiled his Fall/Winter 2011 Collection featuring the Oscar Designer Challenge winning "Black Swan" dress at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Chicago.
The dress was featured prominently throughout the ceremony, worn by one of the models who brought the Oscar statuettes on stage.
