Tammy Duckworth met her Mother by the stage after the winning announcement.
She is making a step up on stage with help from Thomas Joseph Duckworth, her brother.
Her reaction seeing the whole crowd cheering "Tammy...Tammy..".

There were more Thai people there to greet and congratulate her.
After all the media frenzy in the room, Tammy headed off to the less crowded area, where her personal friends were there to greet her. I asked if she was tired. She said no, but said she planned to go straight home and get some sleep.
This is the last picture I took of her that night before she left home. In this the picture with her mother joining her and some young campaign volunteers, plus the Thai reporter on right from Voice of America.
