Portraits of Thai Children in US

I had a great time taking pictures of Thai kids at Wat Dhammaram during the Valentine's Party from last month. All of them are US born, and most are regular students at the Wat for Thai language classes. Check out the pictures. They are the most adorable !!!

These are our 3rd generation of Thai Americans in US. We are so proud to see many of them get together here at the Wat for activities.

The school at Wat Dhammaram in Chicago has started in 1977, 36 years ago. Currently we have about 100 students ranging from the age of 3-17. Hats off to all parents that make great afford driving them to Wat every week, with strong will to have our generations to be able to speak, read and write Thai.

We also have summer school which is taught by teachers from Chulalongkorn volunteer teacher program. Summer school runs Monday -  Friday from 10am - 4pm, starting June 3 to August 12.
